  We made a quick stop here while coming back from Napa and it was pretty convenient since this Starbucks location was quite a short detour from the freeway. It is located inside some shopping complex/mall.
  
  We ordered right at the store and the service was pretty quick. Got Caramel Cocoa Frappuccino, Blond Cappuccino, regular Cappuccino and a Nuts and seeds Croissont. All were good. The staff was nice and friendly too.

  Update: They allow known aggressive homeless people to attack their regular paying customers and still give the homeless person free water after they attack paying customers inline. Most business would kick the aggressive non-paying homeless person out. There's always scary drugged out people all over their location and no one does anything about it. I used to go here almost every day but after being attacked and threatened in line today by a crazy homeless lady I will never go back! I was also told that the crazy lady is always there threatening and attacking their customers.. How the .... do you allow that?!?!
  Not my favorite Starbucks at all there's always very long lines and no one working. None of the employees seem to be happy to be here. The only people who get helped in a timidly manner are the people who order online but I can really do that while driving. The drinks are ok at least.

  Mmmmmmmmm, avoid it. Go down to Barnes and nobles or just deal with no caffeine. They're so rude here and just have attitude. I legit watched the barista roll her eyes at a guy after he called her out on her attitude. I ordered my iced coffee unsweetened and they put sweetener in it
  When I asked for it to be remade, she grabbed it and just threw the drink in the sink. Uh ok.

  Agree with Merly. Line is always long around 9 am and there is only one person making drinks. In some instances your drinks might end up queuing behind someone who ordered after you :-( Other than that service is fine and drinks are your typical Starbucks drinks :-)

  So I order a whole grain oatmeal and made sure I order it 5 to 8 minutes before picking it up just so I can have it ready by the time I get it. These two girls literally gave me the oatmeal with out water then got mad at me for asking if they can put hot water in it.. literally the worst morning crew of all time. I definitely don't recommend coming to this one. They give off so much attitude and really need to get things together when it comes to customer service.
